I’m an online business coach. How can we always stay in control of our marketing and generate more leads by being visible online? Why is online visibility so important?
Tony Robbins divides the world into an external world and an internal world. The internal world is you—your skills, your abilities, and your values. The external world, the outside world, is everything around you.
As you might have noticed in the past two and a half years, the outside world can shut down due to a lockdown. It becomes difficult to reach your clients, attend events to present yourself, network, and socialize. But a recession can also cause the outside world to shut down.
That’s why it’s always crucial to be visible online so your ideal client can reach you anytime.
I started my business six months before the lockdown. Fortunately, I was already engaged in online marketing and had an online presence. I was incredibly grateful that I could still reach my clients through online Zoom meetings. Honestly, I wouldn’t have known what else to do.
Most of your clients are already online, so why not meet them there? Find out where your ideal client spends their time—is it on Facebook or LinkedIn—and communicate with them there.

Instagram is great for selling products. Facebook is ideal for presenting your business. LinkedIn is a highly professional network. Benefits of Online Marketing: Time-saving: You don’t need to travel to clients. You can start a Zoom session literally one minute in advance by just turning on your computer. Traveling to a client might take an hour or more. Cost-saving: Save on travel expenses, marketing materials, event tickets, and even a cup of coffee at a meeting.
